ORDER

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj for R1 and R2 and learned Standing Counsel for R3 and R4.

2. Learned Standing Counsel has placed before this Court the order passed by the Project Officer dated 16.02.2015, under which the petitioner was terminated. In that case, the petitioner would have to challenge the said order by taking appropriate course.
