HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.13393 OF 2018 ORDER :

This Writ Petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus declaring impugned action of the 4th respondent in placing the petitioner under Temporary out of Contract Employment (Suspension) vide proceedings dated 02.01.2018 as illegal and arbitrary. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 3 & 4.

A perusal of the impugned proceedings dated 02.01.2018 goes to show that the petitioner was suspended from service pending enquiry.

Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents and produced proceedings Rc.No.27/2017/APE/(DWMA)-DWMAKRNL, dated 20.04.2018 stating that final orders of removal of petitioner from service has been passed.

In view of the same, the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for consideration and same is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the removal proceedings dated 20.04.2018, in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
