THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH WRIT PETITION No.1732 of 2009 ORDER:

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that as per para No.4 of the counter filed by the respondent No.2, the respondent No.3 has not entered into the patta land situated in Sy.Nos.561, 562, 563 and 564 on 31.01.2009 and the lands are purely patta lands and their names were recorded in the revenue records as pattadars.

In view of the same this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents not to interfere with the subject lands of the petitioners, and if the respondents want to interfere they have to follow due process of law.

Recording the aforementioned directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
