ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside the order dated 12.02.2009 in Rc.A.113/2009 of respondent No.1. At the hearing, Mr.G.Venkat Reddy, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Rathangapani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, has submitted that the cause in the writ petition has become infructuous. In view of the above submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, interim order, dated 27.02.2009, in W.P.M.P.No.5161 of 2009 as extended on 30.03.2009 is vacated and W.P.M.P.No.5161 of 2009 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
