Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears for the respondents though served.

Mr.P.Chandra Sekhara Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, invited my attention to the order, dated 03.11.2015, passed in W.P.No.3049 of 2008 and submitted that the question raised and involved in the instant writ petition is squarely covered by the said order and in view thereof, it may be disposed of in terms thereof.

I have perused the prayer made in the writ petition and the interim order, dated 27.04.2009, and so also the order, dated 03.11.2015, passed in W.P.No.3049 of 2008.

None appears for the respondents to oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

In view thereof, the instant writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order, dated 03.11.2015, passed in W.P.No.3049 of 2008.
