THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.2367 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is filed assailing the order dated 29.04.2010 of the learned Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar whereby the application filed by the respondent in this revision under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act was allowed.

2. When the revision is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that the matter is settled out of Court amicably and that the parties are presently living together.

3. The note of the Registry on a perusal would show that the OP itself was disposed of on 24.07.2012.

Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
