This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in not investigating and in not submitting the charge sheet in Cr.No.122 of 2018 on the file of Indalwai Police Station, Nizamabad District. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that investigation has been completed and the charge sheet will be filed within 15 days.

Recording the aforesaid submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to file charge sheet before the appropriate Court within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
