THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1432 of 2014 O R D E R :

In view of the order dt.26.06.2015 in Rev.WAMP.No.839 of 2015 in W.A.No.1540 of 2012 modifying the order passed by this Court on 14.09.2012 in W.P.No.3602 of 2000 and since the Contempt Case is filed seeking implementation of the order dt.14.09.2012 in W.P.No.3602 of 2000, I am of the opinion that the Contempt Case no longer survives.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
