This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 4 in not taking any action against the illegal and unauthorised construction of the 5th respondent basing on the complaints of the petitioner dt.03.07.2019, 09.07.2019, 20.07.2019 and 22.07.2019.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Sampath Prabhakar Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4. Learned Counsel for the 5th respondent seeks time. Learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 to 4 submits that basing on the complaints of the petitioner they have issued final notice to the 5th respondent on 07.11.2019 under Section 636 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act'), asking him to remove the unauthorised constructions within 24 hours. Since already notice dt.07.11.2019 is issued under Section 636 of the Act to the 5th respondent, the grievance of the petitioner stood redressed and the respondents-Corporation shall take appropriate action in pursuance to the said notice dt.07.11.2019.
In view of the same, recording the aforesaid submission of learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
