THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23046 of 2017 ORDER:

This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, came to be filed seeking to declare the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not registering FIR pursuant to the report sent by the petitioner on 03.07.2017 through registered post, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the report dated 03.07.2017 sent by the petitioner, a case in crime No.781 of 2017 of L.B.Nagar L & O Police Station, was registered on 17.07.2017 against respondents 5 to 9 herein, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 427, 323 and 506 read with 34 of Indian Penal Code.

In view of the said submission, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.

Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
