Learned counsel for the petitioner has given a letter dt.29-06-2017, addressed to the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad, stating that the petitioner wishes to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue remedies before the appropriate authority. The said request is reiterated in the Court. Granting liberty as sought, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
