Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader of Services appearing for the respondents. 2.
This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "declaring the proceedings of the 3rd respondent bearing proceedings Rc.No.A1/428/2018, dated 30.01.2018, wherein the 3rd respondent kept the petitioner under suspension with effect from the date of detention i.e., 05.10.2017 invoking the power vested under Sub-rule (2) (a) of Rule 8 of APCS (CC&A) Rules, 1991 and also cancelled the reinstatement order issued by 4th respondent by the proceedings bearing Rc.No.A1/2518/2017, dated 25.01.2018, which is illegal, arbitrary."

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that initially the petitioner was suspended in the month of October, 2017 and thereafter, he was reinstated into service by proceedings, dated 25.01.2018, as per the orders passed by this Court on 02.01.2018 in W.P.No.44965 of 2017; that thereafter, the petitioner was again suspended by proceedings, dated 30.01.2018. He further submits that though six months time has already elapsed, till date no charges were framed and no Enquiry Officer was appointed, a direction may be given to the respondent authorities to review of the order of suspension, dated 10.10.2017 as per G.O.Ms.No.86, Genl. Admn. (Ser.C) Dept, dated 08.03.1994.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to
ARR,J wp_13411_2018 review the order of suspension of the petitioner, dated 10.10.2017 as per the aforesaid G.O., in accordance with law.
