THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P. NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.19521 OF 2017 ORDER:

When this matter is taken up, Smt. S.V. Indira, learned counsel for petitioner, submitted that by order, dated 27.02.2017, this Court disposed of W.P.No.2531 of 2012 and batch directing that pursuant to letter, dated 15.03.2011, the Principal Secretary, Energy Department, State of Andhra Pradesh, shall issue instructions to the Chairman and Managing Director, APSPDCL, Tirupati, Chittoor District, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

Following the said order, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing that pursuant to letter, dated 15.03.2011, the Principal Secretary, Energy Department, State of Andhra Pradesh, shall issue instructions to the Chairman and Managing Director, APSPDCL, Tirupati, Chittoor District, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
