Heard counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader for Education appearing for respondents. 2.

Petitioners filed this Writ Petition alleging that respondents 2 to 5 have not released their salaries for the months of June, July, and August, 2016 and sought for a direction to the respondents to pay the same. 3.

The Government Pleader for Education appearing for the respondents states that the salaries of the petitioners for the months of June, July, and August, 2016 were paid on 20.10.2016 and the delay in payment of salaries occurred because budget was released with delay.

The 4th respondent is present today on the direction of this Court as per order dt.19.10.2016.

The 4th respondent undertakes that salaries of the petitioners will be paid for the future months, without delay. This undertaking of the 4th respondent is placed on record. 6.

Since the grievance of the petitioner is thus addressed, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and it is accordingly closed. There shall be no order as to costs. 7.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Revision shall stand closed.
