HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 3594 of 2004 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up hearing, none appears for the petitioner.

A perusal of the record would disclose that petitioner had filed the writ petition challenging the notification dated 20.01.2004 wherein the upper age limit for appointment to the post of Record Assistant in 1st respondent has been prescribed as 38 and that the petitioner is an in service candidate and has crossed the upper age limit.

This Court, on 26.04.2004, granted interim direction directing the respondents to allow the petitioner to the selection process and consider the petitioner's case for appointment as Record Assistant in pursuance to the notification dated 20.01.2004. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
