The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the petition field therein, and the order of the High Court dated 13-8-2019 made in Crt.P. No.4348 of 2019, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Ch. Ravinder, Advocate for the petitioner and of the Public Prosecutor, for the respondent, the Court made the following;

ORDER:

"The condition imposed on 13-08-2019 in Crl,P. No. 4348 of 2019 is modilied to every first Saturday of every month between l0 am to 6 pm till conclusion of the investigation and submission of final report. Accordingly, the application is ordered."
