THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO AND THE HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANIS WRIT PETITION No.32584 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Nooty Ramamohana Rao) This Writ Petition is directed against the interlocutory order passed on 26.09.2014 by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad in O.A.No.5767 of 2014 instituted by the petitioner herein.

The order passed by the Tribunal reads as under: "Admit. Notice to the respondents returnable in six weeks." More than one year has elapsed after this order is passed. Normally, the Tribunal being a specialized body created for quick disposal of the service disputes of public servants should bestow attention for disposal of cases as early as possible. We are now informed that the pleadings are completed in the O.A.No.5767 of 2014. We hope and trust that the Tribunal would spare some time and energy for disposal of this case as expeditiously as possible, preferably before the end of December, 2015.
