Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner claims to be a tribal and owner of land to an extent of Ac.2.00 in Sy.No.49/54 and Ac.2.25 guntas, in Sy.No.49/70 of Mallaram Revenue village, Manuguru Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. According to the petitioner pass books and title deeds were issued to him in the year 2012 by mutating his name in the revenue records. While so, petitioner now alleges that the respondent-authorities are trying to delete his name on land to an extent of Ac.2.25 in Sy.No.49/70 and to that extent a notice is already put up in the office of Tahsildar, Manuguru Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District. 3.

Admittedly, so far no decision is made by the Tahsildar deleting the name of petitioner from the revenue records and entering the name of third party. If a notice is put up by the Tahsildar, no one prevented the petitioner from filing objections on the alleged attempt to include the name of third parties by deleting the name of petitioner. This writ petition is filed in the form of preemptive litigation to direct the Tahsildar not to entertain any claim of correction/alteration of revenue records, if any application is made. Thus, the cause in the writ petition is pre-mature. 4.

Thus, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available, in law, the Writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
