HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.13038 of 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A.1 seeks to quash the FIR in Crime No.1131 of 2013 of KPHB Colony PS, which was registered against him and two other accused for the offences under Sec.3 & 4 of Prize Chits Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.

2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dt:13.07.2015 of Sub-Inspector of Police, KPHB Colony P.S, Ranga Reddy District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as S.C.No.541 of 2014 on the file of Metropolitan Sessions Judge, L.B.Nagar and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.

4) In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
