THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION NO.30014 OF 2017 ORDER:

Petitioner claims that she is the absolute owner, possessor and occupier of the agricultural land admeasuring Ac.1.28 gts situated at Hyderguda Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

According to the petitioner, an application was made vide receipt dated 14.03.2017 to mutate her name in the revenue records through mee-seva, Government of Telangana website, which discloses filing of application for mutation in revenue records but so far no decision is taken.

Since an application is already made to mutate the petitioner's name in the revenue records and so far the same is not disposed of by the Tahsildar (fourth respondent), the fourth respondent is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner by following due procedure as required in law, if necessary, putting the petitioner and rival claimants on notice and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law by assigning reasons in support of his decision. Such a decision shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
