In this writ petition, the petitioner - Contractor questions the proceedings of respondent No.2 dated 29.11.2008 suspending all his ongoing construction works in Andhra Pradesh Health and Medical, Housing and Infrastructure Development Corporation, Hyderabad, with immediate effect.

It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the matter has become infructuous. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
