ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

".... to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring Form No.8 and Form No.9, notices dated 28.06.2011, issued in E.P.No.5/09 for sale of immovable property by the 2nd respondent as arbitrary, illegal, without jurisdiction and consequently, to nullify the same directing the 1st respondent to extend the available OTS to the petitioner for the clearing the loan." On 01.06.2015, when the case came up for hearing, there was no representation for the petitioner. Therefore, the Writ Petition was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the case is called, no one represented the petitioner. Hence, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing his cause in the Writ Petition.
