Petitioner And State of Telangana, rep., by its Principal Secretary, Municipal Adminitration and Urban Development Department at Secretariat, Hyderabad and others .. Respondents The Court made the following:

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.15623 OF 2019 ORDER:

Heard.

2.

Petitioner claims to be the owner and in possession of the land in Survey Nos.271, 275, 288, 352, 376, 354 and 1132 of Ameenpur Village and Municipality, Patancheru Mandal, Sanga Reddy District. However, no details of extents of lands owned by petitioner are mentioned or any documents are placed on record. 3.

According to petitioner, his neighbours are developing residential colony called 'Teachers Colony'. He alleges that his neighbours have not obtained conversion from agricultural land to non-agricultural purpose. He alleges that based on Gram Panchayat layout, they are undertaking development activity. According to petitioner, irregular development activity is going on and the same would affect him.

4.

Except alleging that development activity is not regular and permission was not obtained by the neighbours of the petitioner, no substantial grievance is expressed by him as to how his property is affected by development of adjacent property. Thus, it is not the bona fide litigation prosecuted by the petitioner warranting interference by this Court. The Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition.

5.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. However, this order does not come in the way of the authorities concerned from examining the issue of any illegal activities and to take action as

warranted by law. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
