THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE GUDI SEVA SHYAM PRASAD WRI T PETI TI ON No. 6857 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) This writ petition was filed assailing the action of the State Bank of Hyderabad, the first respondent herein, in conducting auction of one of the secured assets under e-auction notice dated 02.02.2016. Sri A. Krishnam Raju, learned standing counsel for the State Bank of Hyderabad, now states that the loan account which was the foundation for initiation of the proceedings for sale of the secured assets has itself been closed and that there are no dues pending as on date. That being so, the issue raised in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly closed leaving it open to the petitioners and the unofficial respondents to take recourse to appropriate remedies in accordance with law as regards their inter se disputes. Interim order dated 09.03.2016 shall stand vacated.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
