This appeal is filed under Section 173 of the Motor Vehicles Act assailing the judgment and award, dated 23.10.2017, passed in O.P.No.56 of 2016 on the file of the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Hindupur.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to permit the appellant to withdraw the appeal.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
