It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner that the grievance of the petitioner is pending before the 3rd respondent by way of representations dated 10-09-2013, 09-01-2014, 28-04-2015,04-08-2016, 27-01-2017, 22-02-2017, 22-04-2017, 12-07-2017 and 18-08-2017. As the same are not being disposed of, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services for respondents 1, 2, 4 to 6 and Sri Mirza Safiulla Baig, learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.3-Telangana State Waqf Board. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on merits, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the representations, dated 10-09-2013, 09-01-2014, 28-04-2015, 04-08-2016, 27-01-2017, 22-02-2017, 22-04-2017, 12-07-2017 and 18-08-2017, submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and take action accordingly. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
