On the last occasion, when the matter was called, none appeared for the petitioner, as such, it was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, no representation is made on behalf of the petitioner, as such, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter any further.

Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
