This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order dated 01.04.2013 in I.A.No.182 of 2013 in O.S.No.96 of 2012 on the file of the Court of the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Kakinada. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the civil revision petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.

Accordingly, Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. There shall be no order as to costs.
