HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WPMP.No.34361 of 2016 And WRIT PETITON No.25047 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

WPMP.No.34361 of 2016 is filed to withdraw the writ petition. In the affidavit, no reasons are given for withdrawing the writ petition. Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that after status-quo order is granted, the petitioners tried to encroach subject lands, Contempt Case was filed. The petitioners have given undertaking that they will remove the encroachments. After contempt case is filed, the petitioners restored the possession of subject lands to the Government. As such, contempt case was closed recording the memo filed by the respondents in the contempt case. By recording the same in the present case also, the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the WPMP No.34361 of 2016 is allowed and Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open for the respondent-authorities to protect the subject lands, since it is already restored to the Government. As a sequel to the disposal of the writ petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
