This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of the Criminal Procedure, 1973, seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.3414 of 2017 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District.

charge sheet came to be filed against the petitioner/A.1 for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 427, 323 and 506 of IPC.

Though the present Criminal Petition is filed seeking quashing of entire proceedings against the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking dispensation of the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court on every date of adjournment.

The learned Public Prosecutor submits that since the identity of the petitioner is not in dispute, his presence in the above C.C. may not be necessary on every date of adjournment.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the personal appearance of the petitioner/A.1 in C.C.No.3414 of 2017 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Hayathnagar, Ranga Reddy District, is hereby dispensed with while permitting him to mark his

GSD, J Crl.P.No.4353 of 2019 appearance through his counsel, except on the dates when his presence is specifically required by the said Court. With the above direction, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
