HON'BLE SMT JUSTICE KONGARA VIJAYA LAKSHMI WRIT PETITION No.2635 of 2007 ORDER:

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to respondents to deposit entire compensation to the credit of E.P.No.95 of 2006 in O.P.No.259 of 1987 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal, Mahabubnagar District.

While admitting the writ petition, this Court, by order in WPMP.No.3384 of 2007 dated 13.02.2007, directed the respondents to deposit the entire compensation due and payable under the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 within seventy two hours from the date of receipt of the order to the credit of E.P.No.95 of 2006 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Gadwal, Mahabubnagar District.

During hearing, both Sri Y.N.Anjaneya Charyulu, learned Counsel, representing Sri N.Vasudeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submitted that the amount, as directed, has been deposited and that no further orders are necessary to be passed in the writ petition.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
