ORDER
This writ petition is filed with the following prayer: "to issue a writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not giving power supply to the streetlights in part of Sy.No.58 of Fathellaguda Village, Uppal Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to the petitioner association as illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondents to give power supply forthwith and to pass such other order or orders". 2.
This Court, by order dated 24.04.2008 in W.P.M.P.No.6602 of 2008, directed respondents 1 and 2 to extend power supply for street lighting subject to the following conditions: (i) The petitioner shall bear the entire cost for extension of power supply by respondent Nos.1 and 2. Within two weeks from today, the respondents shall intimate the petitioner the expenditure required for extending power supply for street lighting. Within one week thereafter, the petitioner shall deposit the necessary amounts.
(ii) Within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the money from the petitioner, the respondents shall complete the works necessary for extending power supply and release power for street lighting, and; (iii) Respondent No.3 shall pay the monthly electricity bills for supply of power for street lighting.

During hearing, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that the respondents have complied with the aforesaid directions and noting survives for adjudication in the present writ petition. 4.
In view of the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, in terms of the interim order dated 24.04.2008 passed by this Court in W.P.M.P.No.6602 of 2008. No order as to costs.
MSKJ,J W.P.No.5074 of 2008 Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
