THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.9622 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not allowing the petitioner to function as regular Head Master as per their own orders in Rc.No.5658/B4/2002, dated 03.07.2003 and the consequential orders of promotion in Rc.No.3/2002, dated 10.07.2003 as arbitrary, illegal, discriminatory, and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents to approve the petitioner's promotion as Head Master with effect from 01.02.2002 with all the attendant benefits.

No representation is made on behalf of the petitioner on 29.03.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
