Ram Mohan Reddy, S/O. Baghavanth.Rody, v. State Of Telangana,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.42630 OF 2016 ORDER:
This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the order dated 10.11.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings No.A/464/2016, as illegal and arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice.
The grievance of the petitioners is that without considering their explanation the impugned order has been passed, and the said aspect could not be disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
In view of the same, the impugned order dated 10.11.2016 passed by the 3rd respondent is set aside on the ground that the explanation submitted by the petitioners is not considered and the matter is remitted to the 3rd respondent for passing appropriate orders after issuing notice and affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners and 4th respondent, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
