ORDER

This Court, while admitting the writ petition, on 17.8.2018 in I.A.No.1 of 2018 granted interim direction subject to condition that the petitioner paying 1/4th of the demanded amount.

In spite of the matter being listed under the caption "for dismissal", none appeared for the petitioner. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents contended that in pursuance of the interim order granted by this Court on 17.8.2018, the petitioner has already deposited 1/4th of the demanded amount and that the matter may be referred to the Special Court for final assessment of pilferage amount.

In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to refer the matter to the Special Court for final assessment of pilferage amount. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
