This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondent No.2 in not registering the crime basing on the complaint of the petitioner dt.18.06.2019.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions dt.29.07.2019, submitted by the Asst.Sub-Inspector of Police, Meerpet P.S., Rachakonda Commissionerate, wherein it is stated that the complaint of the petitioner dt.18.06.2019 was forwarded to the Station House Officer, Meerpet, through proper channel; that the petitioner on 28.07.2019 went to the said police station and gave written report; and that basing on the same, the Station House Officer, Meerpet, registered a case in Crime No.519/2019, under Sections 420 IPC & Sec.3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act.
In view of the aforesaid written instructions, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
