HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No. 13168 OF 1993 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) This writ petition was filed in 1993. No interim order at any point of time was passed by this Court. Today when the matter is called out, none appears for the petitioner. With the passage of time, the petitioner seems to have lost interest in prosecuting this petition further and, hence, nobody is coming forward to work it out on merits. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the writ petition for nonprosecution. Order accordingly. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of. No order as to costs.
