THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.15624 of 2019 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleaders appearing for respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.13791 of 2019 dated 08.07.2019.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a representation to the respondents seeking regularization of their services and on such representation being made, the respondents shall consider the same strictly in terms of G.O.Ms.No.212, dt.22.04.1994 and also by duly taking into account the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Civil Appeal No.6318 of 2015 (arising out of SLP(C) No.12432/ 2014) dt.17.08.2015 in B.Srinivasulu vs. Nellore Municipal Corporation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
