THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4560 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in DVC no.8 of 2018 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First class at Metpally against the petitioners 1 to 5.

Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the matter for sometime, requested this Court to direct the Court below to follow the procedure laid down by the this Court in "Gaddameedi Nagamani vs. State of Telangana and others1"

Acceding to the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners, without touching the merits, I find that it is a fit case to issue direction to the Court below to follow the procedure laid by this Court in "Gaddameedi Nagamani vs. State of Telangana and others" (referred supra). Accordingly, concerned police are directed to adhere to the guidelines issued in "Gaddameedi Nagamani vs. State of Telangana and others" (referred supra).

With the above direction, the criminal petition is disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
