HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.R.C.M.P.No.1558 of 2017 IN/AND Crl.R.C.No.2141 of 2010 ORDER:

The accused and the complainant both are present. They filed Crl.R.C.M.P.No.1558 of 2017 to compound the offences by allowing the revision by setting the conviction judgments of the Courts below.

Permission is accorded to compound the offences since they stated that they settled the matrimonial disputes amicably outside the Court.

In view of allowing of Crl.R.C.M.P.No.1558 of 2017, the criminal revision case is allowed by virtue of the compromise setting aside the conviction judgments and bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
