Ms. K.Kiran Mayee, appearing for Mr. Rama Mohan Mahadeva, submits that the 3rd respondent is no more.

2. The prayer in the writ petition reads as follows: "....writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents 1 & 2 herein in not taking any action against the 3rd respondent herein in changing the nature of the property of Sri Prasanna Anjaneya Swamy Temple to an extent of Ac.16.50 cents and ac.8.25 cents in S.Nos.16/1, 16/2, 16/4, 43/3 and 44/1 situated at Melumdoddi Village, Punganur Mandal, Chittoor District, as illegal, void and capricious and consequentially direct the respondents 1 & 2 herein to take appropriate action against the 3rd respondent."

3. Since, the 3rd respondent is no more, the prayer as prayed for cannot be considered. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. No order as to costs.
