Respondents This Court made the following:- HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION Nos. 1665 and 1690 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER:

The petitioners in these two writ petitions are institutions and they have requested for grant of recognition to their institutions to impart training in Multi Purpose Health Workers (Male) Course. Their request was rejected by the second respondent by letters dated 03.09.2012. The petitioners now seek to question the said letters after a lapse of four years on the basis of the common order dated 29.11.2012 passed by this Court in W.P.Nos.28396 of 2012 and batch. By the said common order, the petitioners therein were permitted to apply afresh to the respondents by following the due procedure for

running the institution in future and on filing such applications by paying the prescribed fees, the respondents were directed to consider the same and take appropriate decision.

In the present case, the petitioners have not made any fresh application for recognition after issuing the rejection letters dated 03.09.2012.

In the circumstances, the petitioners are at liberty to make fresh applications to the respondents by following the due procedure for recognition for the coming academic year, if they so desire. With the liberty aforestated, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
