When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is reported by both the Counsel that this Court vide order dated 21.2.2004 was pleased to issue a direction to the respondents to refund the amount of Rs.25,310/- to the petitioner and that the respondents have already complied with the said order and therefore, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
