THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.4920 OF 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed assailing the order dated 19.07.2013 in C.M.A.No.6 of 2012 on the file of II Additional District Judge, West Godavari, Eluru, whereby the Appellate Court granted interim injunction.

However, during the pendency of C.M.A., the suit itself was disposed of by the trial Court on 16.07.2012 as per the information obtained by the Registry from the official website of e-courts. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this revision since the injunction is only during pendency of the suit. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
