HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.3429 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, petitioners/A1 to A3 seek to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.896 of 2009 on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Malkajgiri, Rangareddy District, registered for the offences under Sections 447, 381, 506, 120(b) r/w 34 IPC. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 16.07.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Kushaiguda Police Station, Rachakonda Commissionerate and submitted that after filing of charge sheet, C.C.No.896 of 2009 (New C.C.No.1338 of 2015) was registered and the same was ended in acquittal vide judgment dated 11.07.2018 and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.896 of 2009 has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

In view of the above submission of learned Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as Infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
