TH E H ON'BLE SRI J USTICE M.SEETH ARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.3734 of 20 10 ORDER:

Assailing the order dated 09.07.2010 in R.C.A.No.1 of 2010 on the file of the learned Appellate Rent Controller-cum-Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, the appellant therein/ tenant preferred this civil revision petition. By the said order, the learned Appellate Rent Controller, while dismissing the aforesaid appeal, confirmed the order and decretal order dated 21.12.2009 of the learned Rent Controller-cum-Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tenali, in RCC.No.5 of 2007. When the revision is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent/ landlord, on instructions, submits that pursuant to the execution of the eviction orders, the revision petitioner-tenant has vacated the petition schedule property and that no cause survives for adjudication in this revision and that therefore the revision petition has become infructuous.
