THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY Civil Revision Petition No.6346 of 2012 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 19.11.2012 in I.A.No.2153 of 2010 in O.S.No.938 of 2005 on the file of the Court of VIII Additional Senior Civil Judge, Ranga Reddy District. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition and to that effect he also filed letter dated 03.04.2017 before the Registry.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
