HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.7539 of 2006 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents - Corporation submits that the issue involved in the writ petition has been settled by way of compromise entered between the parties vide Award dated 06.12.2014 passed by the High Court Lok Adalat at Hyderabad. In view of the said compromise before the Lok Adalat, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
