THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SARATH I.A.No.1 of 2025 In/and WRIT PETITION No.17958 of 2021 COMMON ORDER:

I.A.No.1 of 2025 is filed seeking to record the terms of compromise entered between the petitioners and the respondent No.6.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners and the respondent No.6 have compromised the matter out of the Court and they have filed memorandum of compromise along with the petition and requested to record the terms of compromise and dispose of the writ petition in terms thereof.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.6 has not disputed the said submission and submits that the parties have compromised the matter and requested to dispose of the writ petition in terms of compromise.

In view of the said submissions, I.A.No.1 of 2025 is allowed.

In view of allowing of I.A.No.1 of 2025 as the contesting parties have compromised the matter, W.P.No.17958 of 2021 is closed in terms of compromise. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending in this writ petition, shall stand closed.
