THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.6390 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners complain that the 4th respondent is not registering the case in spite of directions of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad in C.C.S.R.No.7498 of 2014.

The instructions of the learned Government Pleader show that as per the orders of the Court, 4th respondent registered Crime No.1130 of 2014 on 09.12.2014 and the investigation is taken up. The petitioners are also stated to have been issued notices under Section 91 Cr.P.C. , but they have not yet responded. In view of that, it is open for the petitioners to approach the 4th respondent and cooperate with him for the purpose of completion of investigation.

The writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
